Huw Phillips

Director and Joint Head of Personal Injury

Huw joined Ward & Rider in 1991 and now acts as joint head of the firm’s sizeable Personal Injury Department.

Huw has over 35 years experience and has specific expertise in fatal accident claims, Work Related Upper Limb Disorder (WRULD) claims, complex injury and special loss claims.

Huw says “I get enormous satisfaction settling difficult claims and getting clients the awards they deserve.”

Huw has successfully completed three Half Ironmen Competitions and is also passionate about football. Huw helps to train Southam United Under 6’s Football Team, which he loves.
