Dave has over 30 years experience in the Law.
He originally qualified as a Legal Executive and went on to Qualify as a Solicitor.
Dave enjoys all aspects of Family Law and in particular enjoys dealing with Financial Proceedings. This allows him to use his expertise as a former Accountant to provide clear advice to Clients on the options available to them.
Dave enjoys attending Court, in both Financial Matters and Child arrangements Matters, to present his Client’s Case in a positive and sensible way. He is known for his robust and no nonsense approach to negotiations. Dave is pragmatic in all that he does and will always seek to find the most straightforward and sensible outcome, possible.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys watching and participating in Rugby Football.
