Alexander (Or Alex as he’s known inhouse) is a highly accomplished legal professional, holding an LLB, LPC, and the distinguished title of Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
In January 2024, Alex joined Ward and Rider and currently serves as a Solicitor, bringing nearly a decade of experience in Residential Conveyancing, having worked in the field since 2015. With a proven track record of tackling complex transactions, Alex thrives on finding innovative solutions.
One notable case involved a property without a legal right of access to the main road. Through meticulous work, Alex documented the property’s long-standing unofficial access, ensuring the buyer’s legal and practical interests were protected while satisfying future sale and mortgage lender requirements. It was a challenging and rewarding experience that showcased Alex’s dedication to client care and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and finds peace exploring the countryside on long walks.
An interesting fact about Alex is his time living in South Korea, where he taught English as a foreign language. This unique experience sharpened Alex’s ability to communicate complex concepts clearly—a skill that seamlessly complements his work in conveyancing, where guiding clients with clarity and confidence is essential.
